Yorkshire laundry detergents business wins national award
Leeds-based SNG Commercial has won a top accolade at The Grocer New Product Awards 2015.
The wholesaler and distributor of laundry, cleaning and dishwashing products won the household products including laundry category with Senses Pure, a fabric conditioner designed especially for children’s sensitive skin.
SNG Commercial – a Finance Yorkshire-backed business – beat off competition from leading high street brands, including Domestos and Cif, to win the prize. The awards were organised by The Grocer magazine and recognise excellence in new product innovation.
SNG Managing Director Simon Gunter said: "This is a fantastic achievement for SNG and recognition of how we have successfully grown the business to establish a strong foothold with our products in the household products market. The award will enhance our reputation for offering high quality products at affordable prices."
SNG’s Muvo and Senses brands of detergents, fabric softeners and cleaning products are stocked in a number of discounters and wholesaler chains nationwide, including Home Bargains and The Original Factory Shop.
